Creating and assigning cost centers

  1. In the Business Center, select Users > Cost Center.
  2. Click Create New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Cost Center ID
    Specify an ID for the cost center.
    Customer Number
    Click the Find button and select the customer who uses this cost center. After you select a customer, the customer name and transaction currency are displayed.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Click the Users tab.
  6. Click Add User. The users who are associated with the customer are displayed.
  7. Use the check boxes to select users.
  8. Click Add.
  9. Click the Texts tab.
  10. Specify a name for the cost center in each language.
  11. Click Save.
