Customer service content

Customers use customer service information to contact you.

Use the Market Details form in the Business Center to set up customer service contact information for each market. In the web shop, customers see the contact information for their market in the Dashboard Customer Service widget and the Market Contact Information widget.

Optionally, you can also set up customer service contact information at the warehouse level. If you set up this functionality, customers see warehouse contact information when the widgets are configured to display it and one of these conditions is met:
  • Click to collect functionality is activated and the user has selected a store.
  • Selection of order warehouse before checkout functionality is activated and the user has selected a store.
  • Both click to collect and selection of order warehouse before checkout are activated and the user has selected a store.
  • The Ordering.Send Warehouse to ERP application property is true, and click to collect and selection of order warehouse functionality are both deactivated. The contact information for the top priority warehouse in the customer's top priority warehouse group is displayed.

If one of the conditions is not met, then market contact information is displayed even if the widget is set up to show warehouse or store contact information.
