Configuring the display of available to promise information in the Product List widget

If your ERP supports the ability to request stock information for multiple products and multiple warehouses in one service request, then you can show available to promise information in the Product List widget.

When you enable this feature, an estimated availability date is displayed for products that are not currently available.

  1. In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Application Properties.
  2. In the WebService.Multiple Stock Availability Request property, specify true.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Select Application Setup > Roles.
  5. Click the name of the role that is assigned to users who can view available to promise information in the web shop.
  6. Select the Warehouses feature element.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Sign in to the web shop as a site editor.
  9. Navigate to the Product List page.
  10. On the Product List widget, select Options > Configuration.
  11. Turn on the Display Available to Promise switch.
  12. Click Save.
