Enabling the use of multiple units of measure

After you enable sales unit of measure functionality in the Application Properties form, use the Role Details to specify the users who can purchase items in a different unit of measure than the base unit of measure.

  1. In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Roles.
  2. Click the name of the role whose users can order items in the sales unit of measure.
  3. In the Feature Elements section, select the Use Sales UOM for Ordering check box.
  4. Click Save. When users who are assigned to the role sign in to the web shop, they will see the sales unit of measure next to the quantity field on widgets related to ordering.
