Setting up the display of order charges

Order charges are costs, such as service charges, that are applied to orders. Set up order charges in the ERP.

Use the Business Center to specify whether order charges with a zero value are displayed in the order summary section of the Checkout widget. If you choose not to display zero-value charges, the charges are also excluded from the order notification.

  1. Select Application Setup > Application Properties.
  2. In the Ordering.Display Zero Charges field, specify true to display all order charges, including charges with a zero value. Specify false to display order charges with a non-zero value only.
  3. Click Save.
