Overview of RFQ setup in the Business Center

To activate the RFQ feature, complete these tasks in the Business Center.
  1. Set up a role for merchant administration users who set up the quote function.
  2. Set up a role for customer users who can access the quote functions in the web shop and receive notifications about quotes.
  3. Specify the email addresses of users who receive copies of quote notifications.
  4. Configure markets for RFQ.
