Request for quote notifications

Request for quote notifications are sent after each of these events:

A user submits a quote in the web shop.
An account manager specifies final pricing for the quote.
A user rejects a quote in the web shop.
A user accepts a quote in the web shop.

Use the Notification Service to create the content of the notification.

Pre-designed template

An ECOM Quote Notification pre-designed template is available. You can duplicate the pre-designed template and customize it as necessary.
