Setting up shipments to multiple addresses

After you set up multiple shipment functionality, users can send the items in their orders to different addresses. Users must select ERP addresses. They cannot use web-only addresses.

If you do not set up this functionality, then users can specify an address at the header level of the order. Users can select web-only addresses at the header level.

  1. In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Roles.
  2. Click the name of the role that you are configuring, or create a new role.
  3. Select the Order Line Shipping Address feature element.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Assign the role to users who can ship each line in an order to a different address.
