Adding tracking number information to the order notification template

If you use a customized template, you can add a variable that displays order tracking information.

  1. From the Infor Ming.le app switcher, select Rhythm Services.
  2. Click Notifications.
  3. In the navigation pane, select Services > Notification Types.
  4. On the Order Notification card, click Details.
  5. Click the Templates tab.
  6. On the notification card, click More > Edit.
  7. Add this variable: 
    orderLines.0.shipment-Lines.0.warehouseInfo.items.0.trackingDetails
  8. Click Save.
