Setting up a role for customer users who request quotes

Assign this role to customer users. Users who are assigned to this role can request quotes in the web shop.

  1. In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Roles.
  2. Click the role that you are setting up, or create a new role.
  3. Select these check boxes:
    • Submit Quote
    • Send Mail on Order
  4. Click Save.
  5. Use the Users form or the User Segments form to assign the role to users.
