Order approval notifications

Use notifications to alert order requestors and order approvers about important milestones in the order approval process.

Notifications are sent after these events:

A requestor submits an order for approval. This notification is sent to approvers.
An approver rejects an order. This notification is sent to the requestor.
An approver approves and places an order. This notification is sent to the approver who processed the order and the requestor.
A requestor cancels an order request. This notification is sent to approvers.
