Specifying who can use web-only addresses

Use the Application.AdHoc Address Visibility application property to specify whether web-only addresses can be used only by the user who created them or by any user who is assigned to the same customer as the user who created them.

  1. In the Business Center, select Application Setup > Application Properties.
  2. In the Application.AdHoc Address Visibility application property, specify one of these values:
    Option Description
    user Specify this value if users can only see and select the web addresses that they have created. If you specify this value, you can review web-only addresses in the User Details form. Users can also see and select ERP addresses.
    customer Specify this value if web-only addresses are visible to all user who are assigned to the same customer as the customer user who created the address. If you specify this value, you can review web-only addresses in the Customer Details form. Users can also see and select ERP addresses.
    If you do not specify a value, then web-only addresses are visible at the customer level.
  3. Click Save.
