Reviewing cXML messages

To view the Punchout Log form, you must be assigned to a role that includes the Admin PunchOut Order feature element.

  1. In the Application Setup section of the Business Center, select PunchOut Log.
  2. Review the log. Use the information in the Message column to identify the reason that a file was not processed.
  3. To remove an individual entry from the log, click the X button. To remove multiple entries, set up the PunchOut.LogCleanUp scheduled job.
