Customer users and job-specific blanket agreements

If you use job-specific blanket agreements, then customers must select the blanket agreement to use before they can view blanket agreement pricing.

Customers select an agreement from the Blanket Agreement Job Specific list. In the initial view, the first three blanket agreement, their agreement numbers, description, and validity dates are displayed. Customers can click the View All link to view additional blanket agreements for their company.

After customers select an agreement, the blanket agreement number is displayed as the name of the Blanket Agreement Job Specific menu item. A green circle indicates that the agreement is active. In addition, the blanket agreement number is added as a filter. When customers enable the filter, only products in the blanket agreement are shown in the Product List.

Several other indicators are used to identify products in the blanket agreement.

Customers can select only one agreement per order. Customer orders can include both products that are subject to the blanket agreement and products that are not subject to the agreement.

Agreement quantities are displayed in the web shop but are not enforced. If a customer places an order for a product that exceeds the agreement quantity, the agreement pricing is still used.
