Revoking access for a user

To revoke access to your website for a particular user, deactivate the user in Rhythm Portal. When you deactivate a user, the user record is retained, but the user cannot access your website.

  1. Sign in to your website with a user ID that has the Tenant Administrator role in Rhythm Portal.
  2. Click the Applications and Control Panel button in the toolbar.
  3. Click the Control Panel tab.
  4. In the Users section, click Users and Organizations.
  5. In the row that contains the name of the user, select Select Actions > Deactivate. A message is displayed asking if you are sure you want to deactivate the user. Click OK. The user is deactivated.
