Creating order status groups

You can create order status groups to further classify custom order statuses. These order status groups can also be used to filter records in the Order History widget and Ordered Items widget of your company website.

Note: You must associate at least one custom order status or one ERP status to be able to create an order status group.
  1. On the Business Center home page, select Application Setup > Order Status Groups.
  2. Click Create New.
  3. Specify a name from the order status group.
  4. To associate custom order statuses to this order status group, select available statuses and click >> to move them to the Selected table. To remove selected statuses, click <<.
  5. In the Texts area, specify the name of the order status group for each available language.
  6. Click Create.
  7. Click Save.
    The order status group, its label, and the number of associated statuses are displayed in the Order Status Group page.
