Warehouse and warehouse groups overview

In e-Commerce, a warehouse is a location where users can choose to have their purchased goods delivered. From the warehouse, users can have purchased items delivered to their shipping address.

A warehouse group, on the other hand, is a collection of warehouse locations that enables you to use multiple warehouses as basis for item stock availability. You can limit items that users can view based on the items' warehouse.

Warehouses come from the ERP that is used by the customer company in Rhythm, but you can modify several warehouse details such as display text and images in the Business Center. Warehouse groups, on the other hand, are created and managed in the Business Center. In the web shop, items only become visible if they belong to visible warehouses of the top priority warehouse group.
