Creating custom order statuses

Creating custom order statuses enables you to group and classify order statuses from different ERPs in the Business Center. These custom order statuses can also be used to filter records in the Order History widget and Ordered Items widget of your company website.

Note: You must associate at least one ERP order status to be able to create a custom order status.
  1. On the Business Center home page, select Application Setup > Custom Order Status.
  2. Click Create New.
  3. Specify a name for the status code.
  4. To associate existing order status from ERPs to this custom order status, select available statuses and click >> to move them to the Selected table. To remove selected statuses, click <<.
  5. In the Texts area, specify the name of the custom order status for each available language.
  6. Click Create.
  7. Click Save.
    The customer order status, its label, and the number of associated statuses are displayed in the Custom Order Status page.
