Configuring the address format

  1. On the Business Center home page, select Application Setup > Address Format.
    In the Results area, these information are displayed:
    • Address Format
    • Address Format Name
    • Country
  2. To create a new address format, in the Address Format area, click Create New. On the Address Format Details page, specify this information in the Details area:
    • Address Format
    • Address Format Name
    • Address Display Sequence
    • Default Address Format (Select to set the address as a default address format).

    Click Create.

    You can use these address fields for Address Display Sequence: addressname, name, address1, address2, address3, address4, postalcode, city, country, state, province, statecode, countrycode, phone, fax, email, and zip.

    Note: For single line addresses, a vertical line (|) indicates where a comma is placed while a comma (,) indicates space. For multiple line addresses, a vertical line (|) indicates the next line while a comma (,) indicates space.
  3. To assign an address format to a specific country, in the Add New Country area, select a country. Click Save.
    Note: You can also delete an address format except for the Address Format Name: Default Address Format.
