Filtering of products by availability (Infor CloudSuite Distribution)

If you use Infor CloudSuite Distribution as your ERP, you can configure the web shop to display an In Stock toggle that can be used to hide or show out-of-stock items. When this feature is enabled, web shop users can also sort products in the Product List page by stock availability.

In the web shop, users can also sort products in the Product List page by stock availability when the toggle is enabled. If the user elects to view in-stock products only, the Category Navigation widget is updated to show the number of in-stock products in each category.

In the Business Center, you can review stock availability in the Warehouses section of the Item Details form. To calculate available stock quantity, the reserved, committed, and non-nettable values for the item are subtracted from the on-hand value of the item. Stock availability information is displayed if the Ordering.Cost Center Enabled field on the Application Properties form is set to Show or Hide.

As part of this enhancement, the InventoryCount BOD is now supported in integrations with CloudSuite Distribution. This BOD is used to replicate the stock availability information that is displayed in the Business Center.

Activation

In the Application.Stock Availability Filter Enabled field on the Application Properties form, specify one of these values:
  • Show: Specify this value to display the stock availability filter. By default, the filter is set to show out-of-stock items.
  • Hide. Specify this value to display the stock availability filter. By default, the filter is set to hide out-of-stock items.
  • False. Specify this value If you do not want to activate the feature,

In the Items.Display Non-stocked Products application property, specify false.
