Items in template orders

Users can now add items to and remove items from template orders in the Template Orders Details widget.

To add an item, users click the Add Product link. To specify the item to add, they can enter the item number, customer item number, or UPC. They specify a quantity and can optionally specify line notes. Minimum, maximum, decimal, and modular quantities are not validated when users add items to the order template.

To delete an item, users click the Delete button that is displayed on the template order line.

After items are added to the template order, users can update the initial quantities. These updates are validated for minimum, maximum, decimal, and modular quantities.

If the template order contains an item that is not available to the user, then a message is displayed.

As part of this enhancement, the Customer Service widget has been removed from the Template Order Details page.
