Display of non-stocked items

You can now configure the web shop to display items that are not stocked.

A non-stocked item is an item that you procure when a customer orders it. It is not an item that you commonly store in inventory. To specify the items that are not stocked, use your ERP.

When this feature is activated, a Non-stocked facet filter is added to the Filters widget in the web shop. You can specify whether the default setting for the filter is on or off.

In the Business Center, an Inventory Status column is added to the Warehouse section of the Item Details form. This column shows the stock status of the item in each warehouse. The information in the column is replicated from the ERP and cannot be edited.
