Available to promise support for kit items

If you use Infor M3 Cloud Edition as your ERP, customers can view available to promise (ATP) information for kit items in the web shop. Customers can view ATP information on the Product Details and Product List widgets.
To implement this feature, these updates were made:
  • On the CustomerPartyMaster BOD sent from M3, facility information is sent in the CustomerPartyMaster/Classification/Codes/Code@ListId = "Site" xpath. Supply model information is sent in the CustomerPartyMaster/Classification/Codes/Code@ListId = "Supply Model" xpath.
  • In the Business Center, the facility and site model are displayed after replication on the Customer Details form.
  • The ATP web service has been updated to use customer, site, and facility information to retrieve supply levels of kit items.
  • In the Business Center, a new application property, WebService.Extended Availability Check, is available to activate the feature.

Activation

Use the Business Center to activate the feature.
  1. In the Application Properties form, specify true in the WebService.Extended Availability Check and WebService.Multiple Stock Availability Request application properties.
  2. Ensure that the Stock Availability Details feature element is active on the role that is assigned to users who are allowed to see ATP information.
