Calculation of order total during checkout
Use the new feature
element to control whether order simulation is conducted during checkout.
When the feature element is enabled for a role, tax and charge calculations are not retrieved by the OrderDetails web service. Because the web service is not used, the performance of checkout is improved. The final total of the order is displayed in order history after the total is confirmed by the ERP.
When the feature element is not enabled for a role, the OrderDetails web service retrieves final pricing from the ERP during checkout.
