Customer service information by warehouse

You can set up the Market Contact Information and Dashboard Customer Service Contact Information widgets to display the contact information from warehouses. Use the new Display Selected Store/Warehouse configuration in the widgets to activate the feature.
The information that is displayed in the widgets also depends on how the Business Center is set up. When the Display Selected Store/Warehouse configuration is set to Yes, warehouse contact information is displayed when one of these conditions is met:
  • Click to collect functionality is activated and the user has selected a store.
  • Selection of order warehouse before checkout functionality is activated and the user has selected a store.
  • Both click to collect and selection of order warehouse before checkout are activated and the user has selected a store.
  • The Ordering.Send Warehouse to ERP application property is true, and click to collect and selection of order warehouse functionality are both deactivated. The contact information for the top priority warehouse in the customer's top priority warehouse group is displayed.

If none of the conditions is met, the contact information for the market is displayed.

If the Display Selected Store/Warehouse configuration is set to No, then the contact information for the market is always displayed.
