Infor Rhythm for Civics is a public-facing web portal for Infor Operations and Regulations.

The Rhythm for Civics Billing Portal provides customers online access to their billing accounts. To use the portal, customers must first look up their billing accounts, and they can then create portal accounts for online access.

Note: The Billing Portal currently supports utility accounts only. CDR and sundry accounts are not supported.

Customers can complete these actions in the Billing Portal:

  • View bills
  • Make payments
  • Make anonymous payments
  • View bill and payment history
  • Submit account-related service requests

Customers can also complete these additional actions if these features are enabled:

  • Sign up for direct debit
  • Add bank accounts
  • Set bill delivery options
  • Enroll in paperless billing
Note: Customers can still view direct debit and bill delivery settings in the portal if the option to manage the settings is disabled.
