Generating default users

Every Rhythm for Civics portal site requires two default users:

• The anonymous user authenticates anyone who uses the portal without logging in.

  See Setting the anonymous user.

• Administrative users have the ability to perform administrative tasks such as editing pages and settings.

  See Setting administrative users.

Use the Generate Default User page in Operations and Regulations to create the default users for the Rhythm for Civics .
