Virus scanning

If you are using Infor Document Management (IDM) as your EDM provider in Rhythm for Civics, you should be aware that attachments that are stored in IDM are automatically scanned for viruses when they are uploaded.

If IDM detects a virus in an uploaded file, the file is rejected. The attachment is not added to the record, and the user sees an error message. The user must upload a clean file to continue.
