BillingService configuration

The root BillService Configuration node has three children: Account, Bill Image, and Consumption.

The Account node has two children: Direct Debit and Summary.

The Direct Debit node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
Cancellation Policy Id Localization key for direct debit cancellation terms.
Enable Policy Indicates whether policy constraints are enforced. Specify True or False.
Revision ID of the revision to use.
Signup Policy Id Localization key for direct debit signup terms.

The Summary node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
Bills Count Specify the number of bills to show in the Recent Bills panel on the Dashboard of the Billing Portal. The maximum is 100.
Payments Count Specify the number of payments to show in the Recent Payments panel on the Dashboard of the Billing Portal. The maximum is 100.

The Bill Image node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
View bill image formula display name Used to show the customer an image of a bill in the Billing Portal. Specify the display name of a ViewBillImage formula in Operations and Regulations. This formula is found in the Workflow Manager under Infor Business Objects > Billing > BillType > ViewBillImage.

The Consumption node defines settings for the consumption graph on the Billing Portal's dashboard. The graph has a Display consumption by list where the user can select a display option.

The Consumption node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
Default display consumption Default selection in the Display consumption by list in the consumption graph. Specify one of these values:
  • Day
  • Week
  • Month
  • Quarter
  • Trimester
  • Year
  • Bill
Display consumption by Bill Indicates whether users can view consumption by bill. Specify True or False.
Display consumption by Day Indicates whether users can view consumption by day. Specify True or False.
Display consumption by Month Indicates whether users can view consumption by month. Specify True or False.
Display consumption by Quarter Indicates whether users can view consumption by quarter. Specify True or False.
Display consumption by Trimester Indicates whether users can view consumption by trimester. Specify True or False.
Display consumption by Week Indicates whether users can view consumption by week. Specify True or False.
Display consumption by Year Indicates whether users can view consumption by year. Specify True or False.
First Day of the week Day to use as the first day of the week when displaying consumption by week. Specify Sunday or Monday,

The Consumption node has a child Unit of Measure node. The Unit of Measure node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
abbreviation Abbreviation for the unit of measure.
conversion factor Conversion factor for the unit of measure, as compared to other units for the same measurement type.
ID Specify the ID of a volume unit of measure in the UnitsOfMeasure configuration for the Operations and Regulations site.
Plural name Specify the plural form of the unit of measure.
