BillingService configuration

The root BillService Configuration node has three children: Account, Bill Image, and Consumption.

The Account node has two children: Direct Debit and Summary.

The Direct Debit node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
Cancellation Policy Id Localization key for direct debit cancellation terms.
Enable Policy Indicates whether policy constraints are enforced. Specify True or False.
Revision ID of the revision to use.
Signup Policy Id Localization key for direct debit signup terms.

The Summary node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
Bills Count Specify the number of bills to show in the Recent Bills panel on the Dashboard of the Billing Portal. The maximum is 100.
Payments Count Specify the number of payments to show in the Recent Payments panel on the Dashboard of the Billing Portal. The maximum is 100.

The Bill Image node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
View bill image formula display name Used to show the customer an image of a bill in the Billing Portal. Specify the display name of a ViewBillImage formula in Infor Operations and Regulations. This formula is found in the Workflow Manager under Infor Business Objects > Billing > BillType > ViewBillImage.

The Consumption node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
Graphable Consumption Used to configure how data is shown in the consumption graph on the Dashboard of the Billing Portal. Specify one of these values:
  • BilledUsage: The graph shows the sum of usage that has been billed during the time period.
  • ReadingUsage: The graph shows the sum of all billable usage for the time period, whether or not the readings have been billed.

The Consumption has a child Unit of Measure node. The Unit of Measure node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
abbreviation Abbreviation for the unit of measure.
conversion factor Conversion factor for the unit of measure, as compared to other units for the same measurement type.
ID Specify the ID of a volume unit of measure in the UnitsOfMeasure configuration for the Infor Operations and Regulations site.
Plural name Specify the plural form of the unit of measure.
