Password reset options
You can allow users to reset their own passwords in Rhythm for Civics.
To allow users to reset their own passwords, browse to the node in the Portal configuration and set the Allow Forgot Password attribute to True.
To reset their password, a user can click the Forgot Password link in the Login widget. The Rhythm Billing Forgot Password widget is then displayed. To reset a password, the portal emails a temporary password to the user.

You can also configure the Rhythm Billing Forgot Password widget to require reCaptcha for resetting passwords.
