CDR configuration

Customers can submit various types of permit and license applications in Rhythm for Civics, and they can work with associated records such as reviews and inspections.

Note: The term "application" is used generically to refer to applications, cases, and licenses in all CDR modules.

Use the Application Workflow form in Infor Operations and Regulations to configure application types for Rhythm for Civics. Both application categories and application types can be shown in the portal.
