Register Organization widget

Used to create a new organization profile. Authorized users can select the organization profile and perform actions on behalf of the organization.

You can enter these settings in the widget's configuration:

Setting	Description
My Dashboard Target Page	Page that shows the organization's dashboard.
Home Page	Specify the home page.
View Organization Target Page	Page that shows information about an existing organization.
Register Individual Target Page	Page that is used to register individual users.
Forgot Username Target Page	Page that is used to look up a forgotten user name.
Forgot Password Target Page	Page that is used to reset a forgotten password.
Require address line 1	Indicates whether the first line of the organization's address is required.
Show address line 2	Indicates whether the second line of the organization's address is displayed.
Require city	Indicates whether the city of the organization's address is required.
Require zip code/postal code	Indicates whether the ZIP or postal code of the organization's address is required.
Show primary phone	Indicates whether the organization's primary phone number is displayed.
Primary phone required	Indicates whether the organization's primary phone number is required.
Show fax	Indicates whether the organization's fax number is displayed.
Allow organization to change service provider status	Indicates whether organizations can identify themselves as service providers when they create new profiles. This controls whether the I am a Service Provider check box is displayed.
