Contact Matching node

The Contact Matching node defines the criteria that Rhythm for Civics will use to search for an existing contact record in the database when a user creates a new profile, or when an additional applicant is added to an application. There are seven sets of criteria that can be enabled or disabled independently.

The Contact Matching node has these attributes:

Attribute Description
1. First Name, Last Name, Email, Day Phone The system will search for contacts based on the first name, last name, email address, and daytime phone number.
Note: The daytime phone number is stored in the Other Phone field in the contact information record.
2. First Name, Last Name, Day Phone The system will search for contacts based on the first name, last name, and daytime phone number.
Note: The daytime phone number is stored in the Other Phone field in the contact information record.
3. First Name, Last Name, Evening Phone The system will search for contacts based on the first name, last name, and evening phone number.
Note: The Evening Phone field no longer appears in the Infor Operations and Regulations user interface.
4. First Name, Last Name, Mobile Phone The system will search for contacts based on the first name, last name, and mobile phone number.
5. First Name, Last Name, Email The system will search for contacts based on the first name, last name, and email address.
6. First Name, Last Name, Address Line 1 The system will search for contacts based on the first and last name and the first line of the contact's address.
7. Email Only The system will search for contacts based on the email address.
