Single sign on configuration

Rhythm for Civics supports single sign on using identity providers such as LoginRadius. Users can log in to the portal with their credentials from the SSO provider that you configure.

If single sign on is configured, the Login widget shows a button that the user can click to log in through the SSO provider.

Enabling single sign on requires configuration in both Infor Public Sector and Rhythm for Civics.

Note: Because you are using an external provider to control access to your site, the standard password settings for Rhythm for Civics are not used if you configure single sign on. For example, the password requirements on the Portal User node in the Portal configuration are not used with single sign on. In addition, the forgot username and forgot password features are not supported.
