Overview

It exposes a limited set of functionality through an agency’s website, allowing customers and members of the public to complete tasks such as submitting service requests, applying for permits, and paying application fees online. The applications, licenses, and service requests that portal users work with are referred to collectively as instruments.

The portal is connected to the Infor Operations and Regulations database through Rest Services, so agency employees can use Infor Operations and Regulations to work with the same records in the back office.
