Log in while submitting a service request

An enhancement has been made to allow users to log in to their portal accounts while submitting a service request without losing the data that they have entered.

Previously, if a user decided to log in after beginning to submit a service request anonymously, the information that they had entered so far would be lost when they returned from the login page. Now the information is stored so the user can continue after logging in.

Note: The exception is attachments. Any attachments that the user has added will not be saved after logging in.
