Service request associations
Associated service requests can be shown in the portal for all types of CDR
applications.
The ability to associate service requests with all CDR application types has been added in Infor Public Sector. Previously service requests could only be associated with cases, project applications, and business licenses.
Each CDR module must be configured to show service requests using the Portal Setups tab on the system setup form. For example, to show related service requests for trade licenses, select the Service Requests check box on the Portal Setups tab in Trade License System Setup.
