Elavon Converge enhancement
The out-of-the-box Elavon Converge payment gateway provider has been enhanced to support
sending the customer's contact information along with the transaction details in the request
payload.
These contact information fields are included:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- City
- State
- ZIP/Postal Code
- Phone
- Company Name
In Infor Public Sector, a new BeforePaymentRequest event has been
added to the MerchantAccount object in the Workflow Manager. You can write a
formula for this event to customize the information that is sent.
The receipt functionality is also enhanced. Receipts can be configured to show the information about the record for which the payment was made, such as a building permit application. Portal users can click the button to get a receipt.
