Notifications based on contact details
The notification functionality in Infor Public Sector has
been enhanced so you can intercept notifications before they are sent from Rhythm for Civics and alter or redirect the messages.
To intercept notifications, use the new BeforeNotify event on the
Resources.Notification object in the Workflow Manager.
For example, you might write a formula to send a notification to a different contact or a different phone number.
This feature requires Infor Public Sector January 2022 or later. It is not supported if you are using Rhythm for Civics with Infor Public Sector 11.1.
