Rhythm Billing Account Banner widget
This is the banner below the menu that shows information about the current
account.
You can enter these settings in the widget's configuration:
| Setting | Description |

| Enroll in Direct Debit Target Page | Page to show when the user clicks Enroll in
direct debit in the banner. If the account is already enrolled in direct debit, the Manage link is shown instead. |
| Manage Direct Debit Target Page | Page to show when the user clicks the Manage link for direct debit. |
| Manage Paperless Billing Target Page | Page to show when the user clicks the Manage link for paperless billing. |
