Recovering usernames

Rhythm for Civics can be configured to allow users to recover forgotten usernames.

To allow users to recover their usernames, browse to the Setup > Login node in the Portal configuration and set the Allow Forgot Username attribute to True.

When a user clicks the Forgot Username link in the Login widget, the Rhythm Billing Forgot Username widget is displayed. The user must enter their email address or mobile number to confirm their identity, and a recovery message is emailed using the template specified in the Forgot Username Template attribute on the Login node.

You can also require reCaptcha for recovering usernames.
