Customer Service configuration

Billing Portal users can create service requests relating to their billing accounts.

The service request categories and types that are available are configured in Infor Public Sector. Because all service requests in the Billing Portal are associated with billing accounts, only the customer options are used. The options for public submission of service requests are for the Service and CDR Portal only.
