Password reset options

You can allow users to reset their own passwords in Rhythm for Civics.

To allow users to reset their own passwords, browse to the Setup > Login node in the Portal configuration and set the Allow Forgot Password attribute to True.

To reset their password, a user can click the Forgot Password link in the Login widget. The Rhythm Billing Forgot Password widget is then displayed. To reset a password, the portal emails a temporary password to the user.

You can also configure the Rhythm Billing Forgot Password widget to require reCaptcha for resetting passwords.
