Service request categories

When creating a service request category, you can use these fields to define how the category is displayed in the portal site:

• The Portal Order field specifies the order in which the category will be displayed, in relation to other categories.
• The Portal Title field specifies the title that will be displayed for the category. If you don't enter a portal title, the category name will be used.
• The Portal Description field provides a description of the category for portal users.

When a user submits a service request, the Add Instrument widget will display each category with at least one service request type that is available in Rhythm for Civics.
