Attachments node
The node defines
settings for the attachment functionality in the portal site.
Note: Releases of Infor Public Sector before 11.2
used attachment catalogs to manage attachments, but in 11.2 the attachment catalogs were
replaced by EDM (electronic document management) providers. The term "catalog" is still used
in the Portal configuration, but the "catalogs" are actually EDM providers.
Only IPS providers are supported in Rhythm for Civics.
The node can have these attributes:
| Attribute | Description |

| Allowable file size (MB) | Maximum attachment file size, in megabytes. |
| Allowable mime types | Comma-separated list of allowed MIME types for
attachments. If you don't list any mime types, then all are supported MIME types are
allowed. See Supported MIME types. |
| Allow upload to 'Closed' records | Indicates whether attachments can be uploaded for closed records, such as completed permit applications. |
| Building Catalog | IPS provider to use when adding attachments for building permit applications. |
| Code Enforcement Catalog | IPS provider to use when adding attachments for code enforcement cases. |
| Customer Service Catalog | IPS provider to use when adding attachments for service requests. |
| Default Catalog | Default provider to use for attachments that are added through the portal. The default catalog will be used if a catalog is not specified for a particular module. |
| License Catalog | Provider to use when adding attachments for license applications. |
| Planning Catalog | Provider to use when adding attachments for planning applications. |
| Project Catalog | Provider to use when adding attachments for project applications. |
| Trade License Catalog | Provider to use when adding attachments for trade license applications. |
| Use Catalog | Provider to use when adding attachments for use permit applications. |
