Rhythm Billing Create Profile widget
Used to create a new portal account. This is shown when a user clicks the Create a Profile link on the home page. The user must first look up an existing billing account in your system, and they can then set up online access.
You can enter these settings in the widget's configuration:

| Require unique emails across users | Indicates whether each user must have a unique email address. |
| User name length validation | Indicates whether you want to restrict the length of user names. |
| User name max length | Maximum number of characters for user names. |
| User name min length | Minimum number of characters for user names. |
| Show disclaimer | Indicates whether you want to display your terms of service when new users register. |
| Require ReCAPTCHA | Indicates whether reCaptcha is required when new users register. Use this to enable reCaptcha. |
| Google reCaptcha Site Key (public key) | Site reCaptcha key provided by Google. |
| Dashboard Target Page | Page that shows the user's dashboard. |
| Login Target Page | Page that is used to log in. |
