Sharing information
You can enable sharing in some widgets so users can share links to searches and to
individual records in the portal.
The Allow Sharing option is found in the configuration settings for these widgets:
- Hearing Detail
- Inspection Detail
- Instrument Detail
- Instrument List Card View
- Planning Condition Detail
- Review Detail
If sharing is allowed for the Instrument List Card View widget, a button is shown above the search fields. If sharing is allowed in any of the other widgets, a Share link is shown at the top of the widget when the user views an record. The user can click the button or the link to share a link to the current search or record.
