Filtering applicant capacities

You can filter the capacity codes that are available when adding applicants in Rhythm for Civics based on the application type. Each capacity code can be made available for primary applicants, additional applicants, or both.

To define applicant capacity filters, use the Filter Code Setup forms for the CDR modules in Infor Public Sector.

For building, planning, project, and use applications, use the Application Type - Capacity node in Filter Code Setup. Each filter group specifies one or more application types and one or more capacity codes that are available for those application types.

For licenses and trade licenses, use the License Type - Capacity node.

For cases use the Case Type - Capacity node.

When you add a capacity to the Capacity Types grid, select the Allow Primary Applicant check box to make the capacity available for primary applicants. Select the Allow Additional Applicant check box to make the capacity available for additional applicants.
