Activating accounts

If the account activation feature is enabled, new portal users must activate their accounts after registering.

If necessary, you can use the Portal User InfoViewer in Infor Public Sector to activate new accounts. (The Portal User InfoViewer is shown when you click the Portal Account link for a contact information record.)

To activate an account in the Portal User InfoViewer, click Action and select Activate Portal User.

Alternatively, you can resend the activation so the user can activate their account. For example, the user might not have received the first email. To send a new email, click Action in the Portal User InfoViewer and select Resend Activation Email.

If a portal user is expired, you can click Action and select Reactivate Portal User to reactivate the account.
